the hotel is directly adjacent to the bus station. there is easy access to two subway entrances. valet service and luggage hold was available, so that was helpful!

i had a city view from my room, and the views were excellent. housekeeping came by every day, important. the room had good lighting for getting ready and working.

there were several restaurants nearby, so it was easy to find food. there are also coffee and bagel places very close. a cvs is right there, convenient!!!

the bell man in the lobby was very friendly he helped me get a car going to the airport it was cheaper than other options the room service was good the room was clean. my room had enough space i loved the view from my room on the 36th floor the location is very convenient. times square was only a short walk away
